Bohs Lose Last Game of Season 1-0 to FA Euro

The Baltimore Bohemians actually played pretty well tonight. I think that was the performance of the season, and they left it to too late to do anything in the hunt for a playoff spot. FA Euro scored in the middle of the first half when the Bohs defense, as usual, left goalkeeper Billy Heavner out to dry. They played well for the remainder of the game, with Tommy Quaranta blowing a quality scoring chance at the death when he attempted to chip the keeper from just outside the penalty area. He beat the keeper, but he shot it wide right by a couple yards. Another player had a golden chance to score, but he failed to convert. The team let the supporters onto the field after the game for a photo with the whole team that showed up to play tonight, which I thought was very nice. The supporters group was the loudest they've been all season. I could hear them from the other side of the field, which is where I was for the majority of the game.

I will have a full season recap, complete with all results, position grades, and my expectations for net season. That will be out sometime Monday.
